About Me:

I’m a licensed therapist, yoga instructor, herbalist, and wellness coach. I am passionate about the body, mind, and spirit’s ability to heal and weave trauma, trials, and loss into a tapestry of depth, joy, and vitality.  I have been boundlessly blessed to witness clients heal from years of chronic pain, debilitating anxiety, trauma, and grief, and become full creative agents of their lives.
Over the years, I’ve seen the power of integrating evidence-based modalities like Brainspotting, CBT, DBT, Pain Reprocessing, and Mindfulness with somatic practices that help clients reconnect to their bodies and inner resilience. My background in yoga and herbalism deeply informs the way I view healing—not as fixing what’s broken, but as remembering what is whole.
I believe that life is not meant to be endured—it is meant to be lived with presence, vitality, and purpose. Whether you're a parent seeking guidance, someone navigating chronic pain, or a teen struggling with anxiety, I’m here to walk alongside you on your path toward healing.

 Therapeutic Approach

Healing is multidimensional. I bring together neuroscience, somatics, and holistic wellness to support the mind, body, and spirit. Our work together may include:

Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a body-based therapy that helps access and process unhealed trauma, emotional pain, and stress stored deep in the brain and nervous system. It is especially effective for treating PTSD, anxiety, chronic pain, and performance blocks by using eye position to unlock the body’s natural healing capacity.

Nervous system regulation and mindfulness

Mindfulness and nervous system regulation involve cultivating present-moment awareness while gently guiding the body out of stress responses and into a state of safety and balance. These practices support emotional resilience, reduce anxiety, and help restore a sense of calm and connection within

Pain Reprocessing Therapy

Pain Reprocessing Therapy is a mind-body approach that helps retrain the brain to interpret chronic pain signals as safe rather than dangerous. By addressing the nervous system’s role in pain perception, it empowers clients to reduce or eliminate symptoms and reconnect with ease in their bodies

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Our thoughts shape every part of our lives—our actions, emotions, perspectives, and daily experiences. By learning tools to shift our thinking, we can create profound improvements in overall well-being. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) offers practical, evidence-based strategies to reduce anxiety, depression, OCD, and other distressing symptoms, helping you move toward a life filled with greater ease and joy.

Somatic Awareness

Our bodies carry our memories and often hold the key to deep, lasting healing. By tuning into the felt sensations within, we can begin to process trauma, grief, and pain from a grounded and resourced place. While our minds tend to create narratives that don’t always lead to true resolution, our bodies hold a wisdom that can guide us toward authentic healing. When we welcome that wisdom into therapy, we not only access profound transformation in the moment, but also learn how to safely navigate challenging emotions and experiences beyond the counseling room.

Specialties

Individual Therapy

I love working with individuals who are looking to heal, to weave, and become whole.  I specialize in chronic pain, anxiety, OCD, life transitions, and trauma, utilizing a variety of modalities depending on the unique needs of my clients.  I believe that all bodies and minds have an enduring capacity to heal and that each of us can create lives that are full of love, joy, and vitality.  We came here to thrive, but life events such as trauma, grief, transitions, injury, and disappointment can become a block that requires attention, courage, and support to move beyond.  When we allow ourselves the space to heal and integrate, the events that have caused our suffering can become our biggest strength and the impetus to our deeper path of self-knowing.

Family Therapy

I approach families through a systems lens, recognizing that the well-being of the whole depends on the well-being of each individual within it. My work often blends individual therapy with whole-family sessions, allowing each member to explore their own triggers, stress, anxiety, and regulation skills. Together, we then integrate new parenting tools to foster a more connected, joyful home environment where everyone can thrive.

Childhood anxiety is increasingly common, showing up in many different ways—tantrums, obsessive behaviors, withdrawal, struggles at school, or even risky choices. The encouraging news is that children can learn strategies to reduce anxiety, and parents can develop responses that nurture confidence while easing anxious and compulsive tendencies. My family work typically includes a combination of individual sessions, parent-focused sessions, and whole-family sessions to support both personal growth and family harmony.

Group Therapy

We are not meant to heal alone—we are wired to thrive in connection. Alongside individual sessions, I offer group therapy as a way to deepen and integrate the work we do together. These groups weave ritual, somatic awareness, and soulful connection, inviting you to actively participate in healing through shared experience. By holding space with others, we not only discover more about ourselves but also find language and meaning for what we may not have been able to name. Group therapy offers a powerful opportunity to reflect, connect, and expand our capacity to heal. Current groups include chronic pain, life transitions, and grief.
